From April 14th to 16th, 2017, the 2017 Anhui Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition, jointly organized by the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Environmental Protection, the Provincial Youth League Committee, the Provincial Women's Federation, and the Anqing Municipal Government, was held in Anqing City. The theme of this competition is "Innovation, Experience, and Growth". 257 science fiction works from 16 provincial cities and 2 directly administered counties were selected for the provincial competition.
