Liwen Youth Science Education was prepared in October 2010 and established in April 2011. In 2022, Liwen Youth Science Education established the JOYOU SCIENCE EDUCATION CENTRE SG PTE. LTD. Light Bulb Science Education Center in Singapore, which has helped improve the scientific literacy of hundreds of local Singaporean youth in the past two years. The three major sectors of science experiment classes, technology inventions, and science microfilms are highly recognized by local parents and children.

Liwen was awarded the "Hefei Science Popularization Demonstration Unit" by the Hefei Association for Science and Technology in 2013, the "Excellent Grassroots Organizational Unit of the National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition" by the China Association for Science and Technology in 2014, and the "Anhui Provincial Grassroots Competition Excellent Organizational Unit" by the Anhui Provincial Association for Science and Technology.     Based on more than thirteen years of frontline practical experience, Li Wen Science Education is organizing scientific advisors, film and television advisors, excellent technology counselors, and excellent subject teachers to write school-based textbooks such as "Science Experimental Class", "Science Micro Film", "Technological Inventions", and "Science Fiction Painting".
