    After graduating from university, I have 7 years of financial work experience in medium-sized state-owned enterprises. After graduating with an MBA, I provided 10 years of enterprise management consulting for large state-owned holding group companies, specifically engaged in human resource management work. I designed salary and evaluation, value chain process design, and other state-owned enterprises such as Jianghuai Group, Anhui TV Station, Haiheng Group, Danxia Real Estate, Haiheng Real Estate, Mingzhu Planning and Design Institute, Huishang Co., Ltd., and 5720 Army Organizational structure design, corporate culture construction, and other work.

In 2011, due to her daughter's love for small scientific experiments and the spirit of "ignorance is fearless", she began to explore youth science education and founded "Liwen Youth Science Education". For seven years, she has been working on the front line every day and has been meticulous in every aspect. Her many works under the guidance of her teachers have won the National First Prize and the Science Star Award.
In 2013, he was awarded the National Top 10 Excellent Science and Technology Counselor, and in 2014, he was awarded the Hefei Excellent Science and Technology Counselor. In April and May 2014, he published a column on youth science microfilms in China Science and Technology Education.
In 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, I was invited to teach and share experiences with science and technology counselors in Luyang District, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changfeng County, Qimen County, and Baohe District.
Youth science popularization work is trivial, complex, and stressful, and requires a certain level of professionalism. However, every day when facing innocent children, it is very happy! In 2012, Liwen began to follow the path of "science popularization into campus", entering public schools, collaborating on science education projects, and allowing more children to enter the world of science activities!
