The "True Love Dream Cup" school-based curriculum design competition
This course becomes a part of the school curriculum, and the school must rely on its own efforts to organize teachers for curriculum development. And this poses a great challenge for many schools, especially those with weak faculty and economic strength. As a public welfare platform, "True Love Dream" has gathered resources from various sectors of society and developed a diverse and diverse literacy education course - Dream Course. It is provided free of charge to schools participating in Dream Course cooperation projects and provides continuous professional support for the implementation of dream courses in schools. Schools can directly incorporate 'Dream Curriculum' into their curriculum, or integrate and utilize it with other school-based and comprehensive practical activity courses. Over the past eight years, the True Love Dream Public Welfare Foundation has developed over 30 dream courses, and experts from the Curriculum and Teaching Research Institute of East China Normal University have provided important professional support for the framework construction and curriculum design of dream courses.
In order to better promote curriculum reform, summarize and exchange experiences in school-based curriculum development in various regions, and provide professional demonstration and guidance for school-based curriculum development in primary and secondary schools, since 2012, the East China Normal University Center for Basic Education Curriculum Research and the East China Normal University Curriculum and Teaching Research Institute, a key research base for humanities and social sciences under the Ministry of Education The Shanghai True Love Dream Public Welfare Foundation has jointly held the "True Love Dream Cup" National School-based Curriculum Design Competition, which has been successfully held for three times so far. The competition is open to individuals or teams of in-service teachers from ordinary high schools, middle schools, and primary schools across the country, as well as teachers and students from normal universities, relevant children's education institutions, and training institutions. Course experts are invited as judges to conduct rigorous and professional evaluation and selection of the entries.
The "True Love Dream Cup" school-based curriculum design competition is held for the purpose of public welfare exhibition evaluation. The authors of the participating works enjoy their copyright, and the evaluated works will not be used for other purposes without the authorization of the authors. The list of award-winning works and the names of the authors (team names) will be displayed nationwide in the form of announcements on the competition website, media, and award ceremony.
The organizer of the event, the "Shanghai True Love Dream Public Welfare Foundation", will respect the wishes of the award-winning authors and only display their works for non commercial profit purposes in their "Dream Center" public welfare project to national cooperative schools after obtaining authorization, for reference and use by teachers and students.
