The 5th Urban Science Festival in 2018 will be themed "Exploration and Discovery", and will collaborate with scientists from the UK, Germany, Singapore, Israel, Austria, the United States, and China to create a new stage. In addition to innovative inventions, there will also be educational activities, stunning venue design, and highly challenging brain games here!

The World Youth Innovation and Invention Exhibition (IEYI) was founded in 2004, and after 13 years of development, it has covered 38 member countries such as the United States, Russia, Poland, Germany, and Italy. It is becoming one of the important international events for young people from various countries to engage in creative development, innovation, and cultural exchange.

On July 18-21, 2018, the IEYI China Region Exhibition Evaluation Event will appear at the Beijing Exhibition Hall. As a major attraction of the Urban Science Festival, over 100000 science enthusiasts from around the world will come to watch and participate in on-site exchanges and interactions.

As participants, students participating in the IEYI China regional exhibition evaluation will have the opportunity to personally experience 300 hands-on science activities, 100 lectures by science, art, and culture experts, 50 science performance shows, and 10 science marathon challenges at the Urban Science Festival……The key point is that for all 4 days, a total of 400 yuan of visiting tickets are available, and IEYI team members are free of charge, with unlimited access!!! This year's IEYI International Competition will be held in India in the middle of October. In addition to participating in the international competition, China will also select a number of outstanding works to represent the Chinese Mainland to participate in two international invitational events, namely, the cross-strait innovation and invention exchange competition in October and the innovation and invention exchange competition in Indonesia in November!
