Writing Research Papers on the Screen - Starting the Production of Science Microfilms in 2021
With the development of network and multimedia information technology, new media such as videos, images, anime, and games are increasingly entering people's lives and becoming essential media in their daily lives and learning. Especially, teenagers have a strong interest in new media. The National Youth Science Imaging Festival is an exploratory science popularization activity that integrates knowledge, science, and fun for young people. It is an important form of encouraging young people to explore the scientific world, experience media technology, and showcase practical achievements.
Since 2012, Li Wen Science Education has led children to explore the filming of science microfilms and carried out teaching activities on "How to Explore Science through the Lens". By 2020, it has led more than 100 teenagers to shoot 35 video works and won multiple national awards. For many consecutive years, award-winning students have represented Anhui Province at the national award ceremony. Exploring science through the lens allows us to discover children's love for this form of exploration. In the process of exploring filming with children, we witnessed their progress and growth.

In 2020, science and technology counselors at the front line of Li Wen Science Education assisted students in filming five youth science microfilms, including "A Basketball Initiated Exploration Journey", "How to Reduce the Spread of Oral Drops", "Exploration Journey of Liquid Pressure Induced by Water Bubbles", "Exploration of Coleoptera Insect Foot Movement Mode", and "Fruit and Vegetable Power Generation - Exploration Journey of Influencing the Pressure of" Fruit Batteries ", These five science microfilms have all won the first prize at the Anhui Youth Science Imaging Festival, and the last three have also been awarded the "Excellent Exhibition Works at the National Youth Science Imaging Festival" (the excellent exhibition works are the highest award at this festival).
