2、 Activity scope

The activity is aimed at individual members of the China Youth Science and Technology Counselors Association, science teachers in primary and secondary schools (including secondary vocational schools), science counselors in off campus educational institutions, science and technology educators from normal universities and social organizations, etc., to collect papers.

3、 Paper requirements
1. The paper is relevant to the theme and the text is concise. The materials and data used in the paper are detailed and reliable, with sufficient and rigorous argumentation, clear and accurate concepts, and have guiding and reference significance for educational practice. Popular science articles, technological inventions, scientific and educational productions, and cases of scientific and technological activities are not included in the content of the paper collection activity.
2. The author of the paper must complete and accurately fill out the paper registration form (see Attachment 2). The composition of the paper content should include the title, abstract (300-500 words), keywords (3-5 words), main text, references (referring to the national standard GB/T 7714-2005 "Rules for the Description of References after Papers"), author introduction, etc. The number of words in the main text is between 3000-5000 words. The paper must be submitted in electronic format (Word document, WPS document, or txt plain text).
3. Each author is limited to submitting one paper, and the number of signed authors for each paper cannot exceed two.
4. Authors participating in the paper collection activity are responsible for their own work and are not allowed to plagiarize. The continuous citation of the paper shall not exceed 200 words, and the citation content of the entire text shall not exceed one-fifth of the total number of words, and all citation parts shall be indicated in the reference section.
4、 Organizational approach
The solicitation activity is planned and evaluated by the Association's Theoretical Work Committee, and organized by the China Science and Technology Education magazine.
2. The organizer does not accept individuals directly submitting papers. Each working committee is responsible for collecting and selecting papers within the branch office; Members of each governing unit are responsible for collecting and selecting papers within their jurisdiction; Members of each unit are responsible for recommending their excellent papers to participate in the activity.
3. Members of various work committees and governing units can recommend 30 papers after solicitation and selection, while unit members (whose membership is valid before May 31, 2018) can recommend 2 excellent papers.
4. Each recommending unit must complete the "Recommended Papers Statistical Table" (see Attachment 3), organize and compress all papers into one document before May 31, 2018, and submit it to the "Recommended Papers Statistical Table" lunwen@cacsi.org.cn . Before submitting, please test and confirm whether all electronic documents of the papers can be opened normally. The content filled in the statistical table corresponds to each paper number one by one.
5. The "Recommended Paper Statistical Table" must be printed and stamped with the official seal of the recommending unit, and mailed to the "China Science and Technology Education" magazine (Room B1-521, Hongdu Business Center, No. 61A, Ande Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing, postal code: 100011, please indicate the "Paper Collection Activity") before May 31, 2018.
6. The same paper cannot be submitted simultaneously through different channels. If the province or city has not organized a paper collection activity, the paper can be submitted through the China Science and Technology Education magazine.
5、 Related expenses
The paper review fee is 50 yuan per paper. The author of the paper is an individual member of the China Youth Science and Technology Counselor Association (membership valid before May 31, 2018), with a review fee of 20 yuan per article. The paper review fee shall be uniformly paid by each recommending unit to the organizing unit through bank transfer.

6、 Review and Rewards
The theoretical work committee of the association will organize relevant experts to form a review committee for the paper collection activity, and conduct a final evaluation of the papers recommended by each unit. If the following situations occur, the paper will not be reviewed.
1. Does not meet the requirements for paper collection;
2. Papers exceeding the upper limit of recommended papers without the consent of the Association's Theoretical Work Committee;
3. Failure to submit the "Paper Registration Form" and "Recommended Paper Statistics Form" (including electronic versions) as required;
4. Failure to submit and pay the review fee within the specified time.
This year's paper collection activity will set up first prize, second prize, and third prize, and the authors of the winning papers will receive the award certificate. After selection by the evaluation committee, excellent papers can be recommended for publication in the magazine "China Science and Technology Education". The authors of the papers will be invited to participate in the association's annual meeting held in Chongqing in August 2018.
